My name is Katja, and my journey to becoming a fitness expert has been anything but ordinary. Born in Germany, I began my career as a police officer before moving to California in 1996 with my 6-week-old daughter.
A lifelong athlete, I’ve competed Dressage, in triathlons and Spartan races. My passion for health and fitness led me to become a trainer over 20 years ago, helping people build strength, mobility, and resilience.
In my 40s, I realized that staying fit required more than just being active and eating healthy — it required structured strength training to prevent burnout, weight gain, and injuries. Now in my 50s, I focus on smart, sustainable training that prioritizes longevity.
I specialize in coaching women over 40 to reclaim their strength and vitality. My programs emphasize functional movement, mobility, and progressive strength training so my clients can stay strong, capable, and confident for life.
